hi……… 2024 art summary……

last year ended in a very difficult spot for me and that carried over into the first couple months of 2024. life changes made it really hard to focus much on art and it honestly felt like i had to re-learn how to draw for the first few months. :’) this was a year for practice, studying, and developing my original webcomic, so there weren’t as many finished illustrations. but i got back into doing studies! keeping a sketchbook and drawing in one every day! i experimented with lineart, coloring styles, and stylization! there’s a lot of work i did that never got posted because it was about personal development.

overall, i’m happy with where i ended 2024, both in terms of skill and art habits. :]

next year, i’m aiming to do more ink/ b+w drawings, make more work with full backgrounds, and maybe even start drawing webcomic pages!! please look forward to it!!!!
